    Locate Your Request

    If you are looking for a recent request, it might be on the bottom of the Service Portal page (on the lower left). If it does not appear there, you may need click "View All" in this section to see all your requests.

    View Status

    Once you find your request, you will be able to see essential details about it right in the list, including status. Clicking on the request in the list will select it and show you full details, including a timeline, review request, clone, cancel, and comment capabilities. This is the much same screen you saw at confirmation time.
