What are my scaling options in the future?

Anne Ramey

All of the Kinetic Request components listed above can be load balanced/scaled horizontally. The Cassandra database uses a peer-to-peer architecture with no master/slave. This provides less overhead for better scalability and throughput increases linearly with the number of nodes added. Because both the application components and the database can be scaled horizontally, it is very easy to build an initial environment based upon current performance needs and still handle future performance needs without migrations or significant planning.
