ServiceNow Incident Update VERSION 1

This handler allows you to update an existing incident on Service Now. It takes the input parameters and then passes them in a REST call to Service Now to update the incident.


Sys IdID value of the incident you wish to update
Short DescriptionThe description of the incident to be created.
Impact LevelThe priority level of the incident to be created.
Urgency LevelThe urgency level of the incident to be created.
Contact TypeForm of reporting the incident
Caller IdThe id of the caller
LocationUsually the caller's location
Configuration Item IdConfiguration Item Id
Assignment Group IdThe id of a group to assign this incident to
Assigned To IdThe id of a person to assign this to
