ServiceNow Incident Create VERSION 2

This handler allows you to create a new incident for service now.


The server field is for your instance of service now. It is whatever subdomain you belong to i.e.


CategoryCategory of the incident to be created
Short DescriptionThe description of the incident to be created.
Impact LevelThe priority level of the incident to be created.
Urgency LevelThe urgency level of the incident to be created.
Contact TypeForm of reporting the incident
Caller IdThe id of the caller
LocationUsually the caller's location
Configuration Item IdConfiguration Item Id
Assignment Group IdThe id of a group to assign this incident to
Assigned To IdThe id of a person to assign this to
