This handler queries the KS_TSK_Trigger form returning trigger records that match the given handler def id. This has to be done by querying the node id field on the trigger form because there is no field containing the handler def id. The node id should contain the handler def id followed by an underscore and an integer.
For example, querying for the create_approval_v1 handler def id, a matching node id would be create_approval_v1_2.
The query also ensures that the status is Paused and the flags field is equal to PausedHandler.
