Details on creating Global and Local Routines
Before you can add nodes and connector to your routine, it needs to be created in the consoles. You also need to decide if you are going to use a Global or Local routine. Global routines can be used across multiple task trees. Local routines are restricted to a single task tree.
To create a new Global routine start on the Routines console and make sure that Global is selected (default) and click the Add New Routine button.
Details for creating new global routines can be found in the Task consoles article.
Local routines are limited to a Source and Source Group. Similar to Global routines, you need to select Local before clicking the Add New Routine button.
