Updating Email Validation Pattern

When designing validation patterns it's often easier  to use the octal notation for special characters rather than using escape sequences. This makes the overall pattern a bit more readable.

The following pattern accepts both apostrophes and dashes

^(([\w_\.\055\047]+\@[\w\._\055]+\.[a-zA-Z]{2,4}\,[ ]*)?)+([\w_\.\055\047]+\@[\w\._\055]+\.[a-zA-Z]{2,4})[ ]*$
