This activity has two parts.
First, create a new message template to use with the notifications from the previous part, and include fields from your service item. The choice of where to call the notification and the fields are up to you.
Second, create a notification, either static or dynamic. Use the message template that you created.

Notifications need to be tailored to their audience; this is done through the message template.
The Submitted Link tag takes the customer to the Survey/Request View form through Remedy’s mid-tier. Make sure that your customers are comfortable in that environment, and have current user IDs and passwords.
