General

Includes information from the Form creation and the ability to add a Submission Label. See more about Submission Label below.

Name, Slug, Status, and Type are set when you Create the form. They can be altered here, but be cautious if you are changing the slug.

Submission Label is an important option here. It changes the unique Id of the submission to a descriptive label that you determine.

You add the variables with whatever string characters between to make the label. If these questions do not have answers you will have blanks. Consider making them required.

This console also allows you to Delete Forms. When you delete a form it also deletes all submissions. Please be cautious.

Categories

Attaching categories to a form determines positioning on the portal. Categories are created on the Setup|Categories console. They cannot be created from this console.

Select an available Category from the drop-down and click the +Add Category button. The Category is now associated with the form.

Attributes

Similar to Categories, Attributes are created in the Setup|Attributes console, and then added to the form here.

Only Attributes with a Scope of Form are available.

When adding an Attribute, you must select the attribute, add the desired value, and click Add Attribute. Then, once all attributes have been added or updated, you must click Save Attributes.

Security

Two options are available from this console, setting the Authentication and setting Security Policy Rules.

Security Policies are created on the Setup|Security console. This console allows you to apply those settings (Form and Submission) to a specific form. If no policy is applied (blank), access is always granted for that option.

Submissions

Submissions allows you to view and filter the most recent submissions for a specific Form.

If no Submission Label is set (see above) on the General tab, the unique id of the request is used.

Filtering allows the following options, Date, Submitter, State, and/or Answers.

When a submission is selected, details of that specific submission are displayed, including the fields with entered responses.

Submissions can also (with caution) be deleted from here.
