Details

Clicking on the Create Form button brings up the following dialog.

Slug (required)- Unique identifier of the form. By default, it is generated from the Form name by using lower case and connecting individual word with dashes.

Type (optional) - different Form types are set under the Setup Console|Form Types.  Submissions will have the same type as the form they were created from.

Description - Descriptive text about the form. If the Kapp is Catalog, this may be displayed on the Catalog (dependent on the bundle).

Status - Options include, New (default), Active, Inactive, Delete. Status can be used for Form display on the portal and submission sorting depending on the bundle.

After creation you are taken to the Form Builder.
